Would you like to spend the summer surrounded by the natural beauty of Lapland working in diverse customer service tasks? We are looking for a receptionist for the summer season at Sallatunturi Tuvat. The job includes reception customer service, making and handling reservations, phone and email customer service, and informing customers about local services and activities. In the reception, there is also the sale of café and bar products, making the work a versatile combination of tourism and customer service tasks. The work begins in June and continues until the end of September. It is mainly morning shifts, but may also include evening shifts within the reception opening hours (8:00-22:00). We hope you have: Confidence in using Finnish and English in customer service situations, a cheerful and proactive attitude, good teamwork skills and flexibility, experience in tourism or customer service, hygiene passport and alcohol service license are considered an advantage, knowledge of the Hotellinx system is a plus, but not mandatory, additional language skills are an advantage, as our customers come from across Europe.
