Senior Reporting Analyst - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a remote Contract Senior Reporting Analyst who will support multiple RPO clients. Experience within an RPO or in talent acquisition/HR reporting highly preferred. This is ongoing work with no pre-identified end date. The Senior Reporting Analyst will be part of a global team responsible for delivering client-specific reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders. The role involves developing and maintaining reports on recruitment processes using data from applicant tracking systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, and Korn Ferry’s data warehouse. The analyst will deliver regular dashboards in Excel and Power BI, interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and suggest improvements. They will produce ad-hoc reports, audit data, and help improve data quality. The role includes coaching junior analysts and managing account reporting.
