Welcome to our team at Kemijärvi reception services! The position of head nurse is available in the eastern service area's health center services. The start date is negotiable, but we hope for an immediate start. The head nurse is responsible for planning and managing the operations of the Kemijärvi reception services, developing nursing work and activities, and personnel. The role includes daily management of staff, personnel administration, nursing work, and organizing activities. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US? WHAT DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE? - Qualification as a licensed healthcare professional and a suitable higher university degree. WHAT DO WE EXPECT? - Knowledge of legislation required for supervisory roles and personnel management. - Excellent cooperation and interaction skills. - Development-oriented mindset. - Broad understanding of the service system and legislation governing operations and its changes. The job requires some mobility and the possibility to use a personal car. Employment terms are governed by the SOTE agreement. A 6-month probationary period applies.
