Personal Assistant - Työmarkkinatori

I am seeking a personal assistant for a permanent part-time position. The job is especially suitable for horse enthusiasts, but applications from all interested in the work will be considered in the recruitment process. I am a relaxed, friendly, and approachable woman. I act as my own employer and believe that a variety of employees find it easy to get along with me. I enjoy horseback riding and have my own horse. The assistant's duties mainly involve supporting my hobbies; due to my visual impairment, I need a second pair of eyes to ensure, for example, that the horse's equipment is securely fastened. I will thoroughly train the assistant on how to assist me due to my visual impairment and what to consider when working with my horse. My horse is young but reliable. Together with the assistant, we will perform tasks such as horse care and equipment maintenance. The job may also include assisting during riding and other supportive tasks. Since contact with the horse is essential, the assistant should be confident, brave, and calm in a stable environment. The assistant does not need to ride themselves, nor does the work require professional expertise with horses. The person hired must be of legal age. Working hours are flexible. The initial need is approximately 15 hours per month, about 1-2 times a week, two hours each time. My current life situation allows me to adapt to different schedules, considering the assistant's availability. The start of work can be arranged either from my home in Nastola or directly from the stable in Kuivanto. Public transportation to both locations is limited, so having a car makes it easier for the assistant to commute. The start date is negotiable; I prefer to begin as soon as a suitable person is found. Wage: €12.89 per hour. Experience bonuses are considered for 1, 3, 5, 8, 11, and 14 years of similar work. Additional allowances are paid for evening, night, Saturday, and Sunday work. The employment follows the national collective agreement for personal assistants (HetaTES).
