User Operations Specialist - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

This role is primarily focused on managing customer product, SELECT, fulfilment and invoicing. In addition, the potential candidate will work with the Bentley Sales to maximize Bentley’s revenue opportunity in Japan through effective management and administration of SELECT contracts. Responsibilities include order processing, contract management, coordinating product delivery, handling order/contract issues, ensuring communication with sales and support teams, supporting global processes, data clean-up, monitoring reports, and other tasks assigned by the manager. Fluent English required. BS/BA in Management, International Business or related field. At least 5 years of order and contract management experience, with knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, CRM, SAP or similar ERP systems. Teamwork, detail orientation, analysis, pressure management, decision-making, problem-solving, and responsibility for accounts in Japan.
