Liikutaan ilosta Oy has been a significant and well-regarded provider of children's sports in the Turku area since 2015. We offer a variety of swimming and activity groups over 100 different weekly sessions, and our team consists of a professional, fair team of over 10 swimming instructors. Our mission is to create safe, educational, and joyful physical activity moments in water and on land. All our groups are guided and planned as complete entities from start to finish. We offer the opportunity to work at two comfortable locations: Katariinakoti (Meriläistentie 1) and Esikko Service Home (Uittamontie 7). Additionally, there are substitute opportunities in the baby and family swimming groups at Spa Hotel Caribia. We are now looking for a few super-energetic adult instructors starting from the fall semester of 2026. Our fall season begins in August, and meaningful work starts from here! You are a great fit for family and baby swimming if you recognize yourself in these: Professional skills! You have over 3 years of work experience in the field (swimming instruction or baby and family swimming). Independent work approach! The job requires strong initiative and the ability to guide children and family groups independently and confidently. We expect you to have experience working with children and a warm, clear voice. A heartfelt attitude! You are always cheerful, energetic, and genuinely child-loving. You know how to connect with children and families. Advantages include: Suh's swimming instructor and/or baby and family swimming instructor training. We also value, for example, competitive swimming background in addition to guiding experience. Valid first aid training (EA card). Working hours and pay: Guiding shifts mainly fall in weekday evenings and weekends, making the job suitable for example alongside studies, maternity leave, or a second job.
