Job Description
As a Resource Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Resource Management (RM) function, partnering with approximately 150 consultants across delivery and sales. You’ll lead workforce planning initiatives, optimize talent allocation, and influence strategic decisions that drive business success. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with industry leaders to forecast demand and align capacity, drive proactive resourcing strategies across regions and globally, influence senior stakeholders, and use data and emotional intelligence to solve staffing puzzles. Your responsibilities include demand planning, capacity forecasting, partner collaboration, talent pool management, delivering insights through analytics, and championing workforce planning tools. Requirements include 3+ years in resource management or workforce planning, stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, experience in professional services or consulting, ability to navigate ambiguity, and multilingual skills are a plus.
