Job Description
We are looking for an office assistant for our client company at the Pitäjänmäki location. Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. Tasks include customer service, invoicing with Nova software, answering phones, and various other office duties. The location also has a warehouse, and the work includes receiving goods and preparing shipments. Proficiency in reading English is required. The position is long-term once a suitable candidate is found. Initially, for the first 6 months, employment will be through staffing agency, after which the client may choose to transfer the employee to their own payroll.
