Salesperson

We are looking for a salesperson in Pirkkala. In this role you will work with a mix of sales, customer service and everyday store tasks. Your days will involve serving customers, handling orders and products, and printing textiles. In our store you will work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment where every day brings new situations and encounters. We are looking for a salesperson who takes initiative and works well also in a busy store environment. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, customer focus and a proactive approach. You will primarily work with workwear and personal protective equipment. Responsibilities include: serving customers and making sales in-store; ensuring product presentation and store cleanliness; receiving goods, unboxing, stocking and inventory; textile printing. We believe the successful candidate will enjoy customer service and sales, enjoy varied workdays, and stay organized even in busy situations. You are proactive, a team player, and approachable to customers and colleagues. Previous sales experience helps you ramp up quickly. Knowledge of workwear and PPE is a plus, but willingness to learn is most important. You will use various IT systems daily, so you learn new systems smoothly. Requirements include: customer-service-minded and sales-focused approach; ability to understand customers’ needs and offer solutions; ability to work smoothly in busy situations; willingness to learn new things and to try and resolve things; proactive and active work attitude; courage to present ideas and opinions constructively; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and readiness to learn new systems; fluent Finnish and willingness to use English when needed.
