Hello! We are looking for a Finnish-speaking personal assistant for a person with autism living in Helsinki. The working hours are 30-40 hours per month, and we hope to find a proactive, calm, and reliable person for the role. The person needs social support and guidance in daily life, and the assistant's tasks include supporting with household chores, initiating activities, and providing companionship and assistance with leisure and hobbies. Previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage, but the most important qualities are a good attitude, patience, and flexibility. We aim for a long-term collaboration.
