At Deloitte M&A Deal Transformation, we help clients maximize the value of their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across the entire transaction cycle. We are now seeking experienced professionals with between 3 and 12 years of experience in projects within the following offerings, preferably from management consultancy or M&A firms. The role involves supporting clients in managing various aspects of the M&A process, engaging with Private Equity and Corporate stakeholders, conducting research and analysis, developing rapport with clients, leading projects, and driving business development activities. Qualifications include a completed MBA or Master’s degree, at least 3 years of high performance in relevant projects, leadership experience for senior candidates, excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, fluency in English and preferably Swedish, and a commercial mindset.
