We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Jyväskylä Seppälä store. The role of an Assistant Store Manager at Puuilo is responsible and diverse. The Assistant Store Manager acts as the operational supervisor of the store staff alongside the Store Manager. They share responsibility with the Store Manager for store management, staff well-being and training, sales, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The Assistant Store Manager ensures the store's relevance and achievement of sales budgets through appropriate and timely inventory management, work guidance, and commercial focus. They ensure that staff know their tasks and timing, and they train and develop team members' skills. Salary according to collective agreement. The salary for the Assistant Store Manager position is based on the TES salary scale class D, ranging from €2297 to €2857 per month. Salary is influenced by previous work experience and education. Working hours are between 6 am and 8 pm, including weekend shifts, allowing for varied working hours. You will act as the deputy when the Store Manager is absent. What do we expect from you? Experience in retail management or responsible roles.
