Job Description
Avery Dennison is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to join the Taylor Adhesives team in Dalton, GA with leadership for additional manufacturing sites including Fontana CA. In this role, the successful candidate(s) will develop, improve or maintain an effective system of metrics, scorecards, governance and reviews to assure strategies and projects are aligned with business needs in a leading company where individual and team success are recognized and rewarded. Ensure text is entirely gender-neutral as they direct manufacturing initiatives across the designated regions. Key responsibilities include managing staff, creating vision and strategy, fostering safety culture, and driving lean management. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, 8+ years of manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO Quality Systems.
