In this role, you will work in various customer service and sales tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the deli counter as part of a professional team. The work includes serving customers at the deli counter, displaying and handling products, and managing daily operations of the counter. Tasks also involve preparing products, packing, and maintaining cleanliness. The work is performed as part of a team, and duties vary according to daily needs. Main Responsibilities include serving customers at the deli counter, handling, packing, and displaying products, selling products and guiding customers, maintaining cleanliness and comfort of the deli area, following self-monitoring and hygiene guidelines, and other daily tasks related to the deli counter. Requirements include customer service-oriented and positive attitude, careful and proactive work approach, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication skills, willingness to work in shifts. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer service or sales roles, experience in grocery retail or deli work, and hygiene passport. Salary is determined according to the retail sector collective agreement and based on the employee's previous experience and skills. The estimated salary range for the role is €12.50–€15.00/hour.
