As Sr. Director, Global Services Semiconductor, you will guide strategic growth and operational excellence at our facility. This leadership role combines P&L oversight with responsibility for safety, quality, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and execute site strategies, optimize manufacturing operations, and encourage innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll build strong customer relationships and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
