Part-time receptionists in Espoo Otaniemi - Työmarkkinatori - Espoo, Finland

Securitas is Finland's leading security services company. We are seeking part-time receptionists for our team in Espoo Otaniemi. The role involves customer service, reception, guiding customers, key management, receiving shipments, mailing, and other general reception duties. Shifts are in the evenings from 1 PM to 9 PM, in 5-hour blocks, with specific hours varying by site. The contract is for 60-120 hours over 3 weeks, starting at the end of September. The salary is TES level III (€13.43/hour from September 1). We also offer a €500 bonus after 8 months of employment. Requirements include relevant experience in customer and reception services, a valid security guard license or readiness to complete training, ability to work calmly in stressful situations, responsibility, initiative, teamwork skills, proficiency in Finnish and good English, with other languages an advantage. Experience with corporate reception, access control, and security systems, and a clean background are preferred.
