We are looking for a workplace health nurse for our Hankasalmi unit – Join us in meaningful work! Your work involves ensuring the smooth implementation of occupational health processes for designated corporate clients. Your duties include responsibilities typical for a responsible occupational health nurse, such as planning and conducting workplace assessments, action plans, and health examinations. You actively promote employees' work and functional capacity as part of a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, your tasks include laboratory sample collection and unit responsibilities, making your workdays more diverse and providing opportunities to develop your skills broadly. You will be able to plan varied work weeks and develop our corporate clients' occupational health activities. You work independently but are never alone – your colleagues and team are always nearby. We expect you to have a nursing degree. You may be at the beginning of your career or an experienced professional – the most important thing is genuine customer orientation, enthusiasm for supporting work well-being, and interest in developing your own work and the unit's operations. We value proactive attitude and the ability to tackle new challenges. We require compliance with infectious disease law and a B-driver's license, as the work involves traveling to client visits.
