Job Description
We are always on the lookout for a talent with a growth mindset – are you the one? Wärtsilä is seeking an experienced embedded and edge System architect, Automation & Control, to lead the development of engine automation system architecture. The role involves understanding the system end-to-end, translating business requirements into holistic technical designs, guiding development teams, and working closely with engine development. The position can be based in Vaasa, Turku, or Helsinki, Finland, with hybrid remote work options. Requirements include a university degree in Automation, Process Engineering, or Computer Science, extensive experience in embedded systems, system integration, and leadership in architecture development.
