Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a new luxury resort in Muonio, in the heart of Lapland. We are creating a place where northern nature, high-quality hospitality, well-being, experiences, and refined service come together in a unique way. Part of Arcora will open a restaurant complex in December 2026. The culinary vision of the entire concept is led by top chef Arto Rastas. Arcora's restaurant world extends from breakfast to evening, combining craftsmanship, local ingredients, and international influences. The complex includes à la carte Restaurant 8, Bar & Bakery, and a champagne bar. We are looking for a Head Waiter responsible for the overall operation of the dining room, ensuring that every moment feels considered. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the quality, rhythm, and atmosphere of the dining room during your shift, ensuring that every detail is considered and polished. You will greet guests, manage table arrangements and special requests, and ensure that the guest experience flows smoothly from start to finish. Lead the team by example, participate in service, and work seamlessly with the kitchen to ensure the overall operation functions cohesively, subtly, and in line with Arcora's service promise.
