In broad enforcement, all enforcement tasks assigned to the enforcement agency can be carried out, including obligations and protective measures specified in Chapter 1, Sections 1 and 2 of the Enforcement Act. As an enforcement supervisor, your work is challenging expert work involving diverse enforcement tasks and making responsible, law-based decisions. You will be responsible for conducting enforcement investigations, as well as making decisions on seizures and other rulings. Your work involves communication with parties through multiple channels, including daily phone contacts, face-to-face meetings, and electronic communication channels. Essential tasks include information retrieval and case processing in various information systems, field tasks such as eviction procedures, asset searches and takeovers, and activities related to asset sales. Additionally, you are responsible for realizing seized movable property and, for example, facilitating the realization of real estate and housing company shares in cooperation with the district bailiff. Your duties may also include other tasks assigned by the district bailiff.
