Job Description
Employment period: 3 August 2026 - 31 July 2027. Group: In this position, you will work with a group of 5-year-olds. Location: Hintsankuja Daycare. We are looking for an early childhood education childcare worker to join a community that values expertise, collaboration, and open interaction. You want to learn and understand together with the work community. You value teamwork and your thinking is solution-oriented. Work shifts are scheduled from Monday to Sunday between 4:50 AM and 10:10 PM. Warmly welcome to join us! Qualifications are determined according to the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) § 28; The qualification requirement for the position of early childhood education childcare worker is a basic degree in education and guidance, a basic degree in social and health care, or a comparable relevant degree, which includes or has been supplemented with sufficiently extensive modules in child care, education, and teaching. Applicants must submit a criminal record extract as specified in section 6, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Records Act (504/2002). The employment relationship will be subject to a trial period.
