The Impact You'll Make As Vice President, CTO & Head of Technology for the Drives Business, you will shape the future of intelligent power electronics by leading a globally distributed, highly matrixed organization. Your leadership will connect product portfolio, platforms, and technology strategy into one coherent system that delivers measurable business impact, faster innovation, and long-term competitiveness.
