We are looking for a proactive and responsible café supervisor for our team at a store café located in Aura. The job includes handling orders, customer service, cash register work, café product display, filling buns, sales, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. The workplace is accessible from central Turku in less than half an hour, and parking is free. Shifts are scheduled on weekdays from 5:00 to 17:30 and on Saturdays from 7:00 to 14:30. Salary according to Pam TES for retail sector. Our bakery is closed on Sundays and all public holidays, including Christmas Eve, so those are always days off. Initial working hours are 25 hours per week. We expect applicants to have a positive attitude towards customer service, initiative, responsibility, and flexibility. Previous experience in retail and café work is considered an advantage, but the most important thing is the willingness to learn and serve customers in the best possible way. Finnish language skills are essential.
