Job Description
Korn Ferry is searching for an Associate Recruiter to join our team! This is a contract role based in Texas. There is the potential for hybrid work with this role in the future. The Associate Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a strong potential candidate pipeline strategy for all Korn Ferry RPO/Project clients through indirect and direct candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools. Key Responsibilities include working closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans, identifying sourcing channels, designing and implementing sourcing strategies, developing talent pools, measuring sourcing effectiveness, and managing candidate relationships. Requirements include 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience, sourcing methodologies, ATS experience, client interaction, and behavioral interview skills. The role offers potential for future hybrid work and is based in Texas, with locations in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston.
