We are now looking for a guidance worker for a fixed-term employment from August 3, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The guidance center Kippari offers participation services for people with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder, located in Helsinki's Pitäjänmäki with good transport connections. The work is mainly guidance-based, utilizing speech-supported communication methods. The work involves supporting and guiding clients, leading various activity groups, and collaborating with team members to plan activities. Requirements include a social and health care qualification, Valvira registration, readiness for day work from 7 am to 5 pm, basic Finnish language skills, experience working with clients on the autism spectrum, and experience using speech-supported and alternative communication methods. Rinnekodit is a smoke-free and drug-free workplace. We will check the criminal record extract before employment, which must not be older than six months. The work community includes guides, special guides, activity leaders, and the unit manager.
