Doctoral Researcher (Environmental Chemicals and Endometriosis) - Tampereen yliopisto - Remote - Global

We are seeking a highly motivated Doctoral Researcher to join EIRIS, a research project investigating how endocrine-disrupting chemicals contribute to endometriosis, a common, painful and historically under-researched condition affecting roughly one in ten women. The project is based at Tampere University, Finland, and involves experimental and computational work to understand chemical effects on women’s reproductive health. The position is full-time for four years, with training, international collaboration, and opportunities to develop scientific independence. Requirements include a Master’s in life sciences, interest in toxicology and women’s health, and fluency in English. Prior lab experience and bioinformatics skills are advantageous.
