Job Description
Mirakl is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to drive AI strategy, develop scalable AI systems, and lead AI adoption within the company. The role involves defining AI roadmaps, designing production-grade AI solutions, mentoring engineers, and influencing product and business decisions. The position is based in Boston with a hybrid work model, requiring 7+ years in software or AI engineering, strong experience with LLMs, AI agents, and cloud infrastructure. The candidate will work with Python, SQL, AWS or GCP, and open-source AI tools. The role offers an annual OTE of $150,000–$190,000 USD, along with benefits including health, dental, 401(k), and PTO.
