Sisu is created by your hands - we are looking for a vehicle assembler for Sisu Auto's Karjaa factory! Location: Karjaa Employment: Permanent contract with Wellpack Now is your chance to join the esteemed Sisu Auto production team. In this role, you will assemble key components of heavy vehicles – engines, powertrains, brake and steering systems – and ensure each vehicle meets the required standards. What the work involves At the Karjaa factory, you will work on heavy vehicle assembly tasks. Tasks may include: * Installation of axles and powertrain systems * Mounting and connecting engines and gearboxes * Installation and adjustment of brake and steering systems * Wiring and testing of electrical and sensor systems * Equipment of the cab, dashboard, and interior * Installation of pneumatic systems * Quality assurance and measurements Work is performed in day shifts from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The start date is immediate, according to agreement. What we expect from you * Experience in vehicle assembly, heavy vehicle maintenance, or other technical installation work * Careful and systematic work approach * Handling of tools * Fluent Finnish or Swedish language skills * Ability to work in a team * Age of majority We consider it an advantage if you have: * Education in vehicle technology * Experience with vehicle electronics, hydraulic systems, or pneumatic systems * Skills in troubleshooting and adjustment work * Willingness to develop into more demanding assembly tasks.
