Technical Associate R&D - Kraton Chemical Oy - Remote - Global

The R&D Technical Associate supports laboratory synthesis, analytical testing, technical service, and manufacturing activities (including plant trials) to assist scientists in maintaining and growing the business across target market segments. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. Key Responsibilities include conducting laboratory activities in compliance with safety standards, monitoring lab operations, planning and executing experimental projects, maintaining equipment, analyzing data, preparing technical reports, communicating results, mentoring junior team members, and performing other duties as assigned. Education requirements include a HS Diploma + 8 years relevant experience or an Associate Degree + 6 years relevant experience or a Bachelor of Science + 4 years relevant experience or an entry-level Master of Science.
