Architect, OneStream - Hiab - Remote - Global

As the OneStream Architect, you are the technical visionary and strategic owner of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) ecosystem. Reporting to the Director, IM Solutions Finance & HR, you will join at a critical juncture as we are implementing OneStream for the initial Financial Planning and Reporting scope. Your primary mission is to act as the design authority, ensuring that the platform’s architecture remains robust and scalable as we plan to expand the scope. You will bridge the gap between complex Finance requirements and IM strategy, ensuring that OneStream serves as a high-performing "single source of truth" for the global enterprise. Preferred location is Finland (Helsinki, Tampere or Raisio). Key responsibilities include architectural governance, strategic roadmap & backlog management, development oversight, data & integration strategy, compliance & security ownership, and vendor & partner management. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in EPM/CPM solution architecture, proficiency in VB.Net, SQL, and MarketPlace solutions, and a strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and ESG reporting.
