Job Description
We are building a new care housing unit in Kivistö for the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area, opening gradually from June 2026 and moving fully to Tikkurila Elderly Center in 2027. The unit will have 32 places and provide around-the-clock care for elderly clients. As a caregiver, you will be a key team member, responsible for comprehensive basic needs, medication management, and assisting residents in daily activities, using a functional approach. The work involves 3-shift work. We value a positive, customer-oriented attitude, eagerness to learn, and experience working with the elderly. Valid medication competence or willingness to obtain it immediately is required. Knowledge of Apotti and RAI is a plus. The team includes a head of unit, assistant head, physiotherapist, caregivers, and care assistants. The position offers a chance to join a diverse, developing work community.
