We are now looking for a Guest Service Agent to ensure that this experience is realized for every guest. Job Description: The Guest Service Agent is a central role at the resort’s customer interface and often the first contact the customer encounters. The role is versatile and practical, combining customer service, sales, and daily operational tasks in an international environment. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting guests and managing check-in and check-out - Customer service on-site, via phone, and digital channels - Advising guests on resort services, accommodation, and area activities - Organizing daily cold breakfast and maintaining breakfast area cleanliness - Actively selling and recommending additional services and activities - Using reservation and customer management systems Skills and Background: - Experience in customer service, travel, or accommodation sectors - Customer-oriented, friendly, and flexible attitude - Sales skills and willingness to recommend services - Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage) - Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
