The final content of the internship can be tailored to your interests and based on your studies' internship objectives. Tasks may include: Assisting with recruitment (handling job applications, candidate communication and contact, scheduling interviews) Guided, but also independent recruitment work based on your skills (conducting interviews, preparing and submitting candidate presentations to clients, arranging follow-up interviews, maintaining contact with clients and job seekers) Tasks related to the employment lifecycle of temporary workers under supervision: for example, drafting employment contracts, creating assignments and cost centers in HR systems, handling hourly and payroll materials, managing workwear, maintaining inventory, and guiding employees on policies such as sick leave procedures. The internship is aimed at students studying relevant fields, such as business administration or university studies, with a mandatory or optional internship period included in your degree.
