Guide and Customer Service Specialist - Orkla Care Oy - Riga, Latvia

Saldumu Tirdznieciba is part of Orkla Latvia and the Norwegian Orkla group – a leading producer and distributor of fast-moving consumer goods in the Nordics and Baltics. The company manages "Laima" confectionery stores. We are currently looking for a Guide-Customer Service Specialist whose task will be to provide an exciting experience for visitors to the "Laima" chocolate museum and/or the Adaži chip workshop. In this role, you will lead excursions, share stories about the chocolate and chip making process and ensure pleasant and professional communication with guests. We will entrust you with: - Leading excursion programs, exciting and surprising people with your storytelling. - Communicating with confectionery lovers in Latvian and English. - Revealing the secrets of chocolate to both young and old. - Being present at museum guests' special events (birthdays, weddings, Christmas events, etc.). - Preparing necessary materials for daily work in the museum and creative workshop. - Providing museum guests with a consistently high-quality chocolate experience. We will appreciate it if you: - Can communicate in Latvian and English (necessary for quality communication with foreign visitors, as the job includes leading excursions in a foreign language). - Can find a common language with both children and adults. - Can learn quickly, can master a large amount of information and pay attention to detail. - Can organize your work independently. - Are positive, communicative, responsible and like to work in a team. Working hours: Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00, according to a shift schedule. Average 100 working hours per month. Work location: Miera iela 22, Riga
