You will build and scale core services behind the platform, including telemetry ingestion, distributed storage, query engines, and alerting pipelines. Requirements: 5+ years of professional software engineering; strong Golang knowledge or willingness to switch; distributed backend systems experience; reliability, scalability, and performance understanding; ability to troubleshoot production issues; teamwork and strong communication skills. Nice to have: experience with observability platforms and open-source projects (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics, Mimir, Tempo) and ClickHouse in production.
