We are now seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to strengthen our production team. You will work with modern machinery and be part of a precise and developing work environment. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for manufacturing parts using CNC lathes and/or milling machines. The work includes: Operating, programming, and adjusting CNC machines (Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain). Interpreting technical drawings and planning the manufacturing process. Measurement and quality assurance. Basic maintenance of machine tools. Collaborating with production and design teams. We expect from you: Experience in CNC machining or similar tasks. Ability to read technical drawings. Precision and thoroughness. Willingness to work in shifts (if necessary). Initiative and problem-solving skills. We consider the following as advantages: Programming skills (e.g., CAM software). Experience with small series and single-piece production. Education in the field (e.g., mechanical and production engineering).
