We are now looking for a nurse in Lappeenranta. As a nurse at Terveystalo in Lappeenranta, you will perform versatile nursing tasks, including independent reception work, assisting in minor procedures, taking emergency samples, and endoscopies. Your clients will be private, occupational health, and insurance company customers of all ages. You will be supported by a good multidisciplinary team. The position is permanent and part-time (about 26.78 hours/week, 70% of full-time). Work is in two shifts on weekdays from 7:30 to 20:00 and weekends from 9:00 to 14:00. We are transitioning to team-based shift planning to better balance work and personal life. The work can be hectic, but you will have support from your team and supervisor. Terveystalo offers a comprehensive compensation package based on task-specific salary, possible personal bonus, and employee benefits. The minimum salary according to the private healthcare sector collective agreement (TPTES) for this demanding group VR4 is €2693.83/month, with potential increases based on experience, skills, and location. Additional factors influencing salary include personal skills, previous experience, special responsibilities, and annual increments (4 years +6%, 7 years +11%). Overtime pay is also provided.
