Product Partnerships Lead, Marketplaces & Sales Channels - Shopify - Remote - Global

Join Shopify's App & Technology Partnerships team at Shopify and help shape the ecosystem that powers commerce for millions of merchants worldwide. You'll build and own relationships with leading technology companies — from the apps that run day-to-day merchant operations to the large ISVs that help enterprise brands choose Shopify. Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, you'll drive high-impact integrations and commercial partnerships that make Shopify more powerful for every merchant. This role owns Shopify's product partnership strategy for marketplaces, sales channels, and emerging commerce surfaces — expanding where and how Shopify merchants sell. You'll set the thesis for which partners matter, why they matter, and how they create merchant value, then build the relationships, commercial models, and operating systems to turn those opportunities into durable partnerships. The work spans strategy, product, and execution. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering to influence integration priorities and ensure partners build high-quality merchant experiences, while working with Marketing, Legal, and Finance to move opportunities from thesis to signed agreement to launched impact. We're looking for strong strategic judgment, product fluency, and the ability to separate attractive logos from partnerships that actually move the needle.
