Job Description

In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on technical and hard-to-fill roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, attract top talent, and ensure strong hiring decisions. You will proactively source and build pipelines of relevant profiles ahead of demand, maintaining momentum across multiple searches. At the same time, you will ensure a high-quality candidate experience, with clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process. You will act as an ambassador for Verda in the talent market—building relationships, engaging with candidates, and supporting employer branding initiatives. You will also contribute to improving how we hire, including best practices, tools, and metrics as we scale.
