Team Leader Pori – Lead and Inspire Your Local Team - Voimatel Oy

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily management of your operational team within the local unit. You will plan and coordinate the team’s tasks, ensure compliance with well-being, safety, and quality standards, and support team members in their work. You will act as a supervisor and ensure that work is performed efficiently and in accordance with Voimatel’s methods and processes. You will report to the Local Manager. Your duties include planning and organizing the team’s daily tasks, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, and supporting and guiding team members in their daily work. You will monitor progress and resolve common issues. You will be responsible for the accuracy of cost and billing related to your team’s work and ensure timely invoicing. You will participate as a regional representative in a national expert group focused on service segments. You will communicate company policies, changes, and priorities to the team and promote a positive work environment and team collaboration. You will work closely with the Local Manager on resource planning and financial reporting.
