Job Description
We are currently hiring a caretaker for our client sites in Haapavesi and Ylivieska. The role involves maintaining indoor and outdoor property, including technical systems, repairs, and outdoor upkeep such as snow removal and ice control. The work is mainly on weekdays, with occasional evening and weekend tasks, and a weekly on-call duty approximately every four weeks requiring 24/7 readiness. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with potential for additional hours, starting as soon as possible, and lasting about one year with possible extension. Compensation follows the Property Services sector collective agreement, with hourly wages starting at €12.88 and increasing to €13.22 from August 1, plus possible additional pay based on skills and education. Responsibilities
- Maintain indoor and outdoor property

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance
- Technical education related to property maintenance is a plus
- Valid B-class driving license and ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Valid safety and fire safety certificates, or willingness to complete training
- Fluent Finnish language skills and good physical condition
- Proactive and precise work approach
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Up-to-date IT skills, proficient with computers and electronic maintenance records
- Clean criminal background, able to pass security clearance
