We are looking for a careful and motivated foundry worker for our client Ajatec in Ruskola. Ajatec Prototyping Oy is a domestic pioneer in rapid product development and 3D printing. The company produces high-quality prototypes and small series for industrial needs by utilizing the latest technology in the field and vacuum casting. As a foundry worker, you will be responsible for preparing molds and carrying out casting processes (e.g., vacuum casting and PUR casting). The work combines precise process control with traditional craftsmanship. Your main tasks: - Preparing and finishing molds - Casting from various materials (such as polyurethanes and silicones) - Finishing, sanding, and quality control of finished parts - Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of tools and machines What do we expect from you? You do not need years of experience in this specific task, as we will provide comprehensive training in Ajatec's own methods. The most important thing is the right attitude and willingness to learn. Above all, we value precise craftsmanship, as carefulness and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential for success in this role. You enjoy practical work, working with your hands, and are not afraid of routines. You are a reliable and autonomous team member with a positive attitude towards work. Fluent Finnish language skills are necessary due to safety and process instructions.
