Job Description
The Role Korn Ferry is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager (Hybrid - Spring, TX or San Jose, CA) to support our client. The TA Manager will contribute to Korn Ferry's growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solution. The aim of the role is to ensure the continued quality assurance of the project delivered to our client while being a true strategic partner. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, developing sourcing strategies, applying staffing methodology, reviewing deliverables, risk management, client communication, project reporting, and identifying business development opportunities. Skills & Experience required include 5-10 years of leadership in talent acquisition, full lifecycle recruiting knowledge, understanding of metrics and reporting, familiarity with SLA/SOW, revenue and P&L understanding, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, HR laws knowledge, business development experience, team leadership skills, data analysis ability, and excellent communication skills. A High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00. Korn Ferry benefits include health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, and sick leave.
