Job Description
Fortum’s People function is looking for a Senior Business People Partner located in Espoo, Finland. You will work in a business-oriented, fast moving and customer-driven organization, where you will advise, challenge and support business leaders and leadership teams in strategic People matters. You will co-operate broadly with other People colleagues in Fortum and you will report to Vice President, People. You will work as a member of Finnish People Partner team that consists of 10 People professionals. To succeed, you should have a university degree, extensive experience as a senior Business People Partner, strong business understanding, and fluency in English and Finnish.
