Job Description
The primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business to net new prospects with high potential, across the Energy, Utilities and Resources. They bring a unique energy and mentality to business development throughout their territory, finding, developing and closing large‑scale transformation projects. Develop account and territory plans, establish management and CXO relationships, understand customer technology footprints, lead designated territory accounts, develop business plans, maintain relationships, research market trends, and support sales strategies. Requires a hunter mentality, extensive experience in complex software sales, proven success in large transactions, and a collaborative approach. Emphasizes demand generation, pipeline management, and sales excellence, including leveraging solutions and maintaining CRM systems.
