Job Description
As a salesperson, you focus on acquiring new customers within a selected customer group, build trust, and offer customers responsible lighting solutions. Your work involves especially clients in the industrial, logistics, retail, and public sectors. Daily, you contact potential customers, arrange meetings, and advance sales processes from the first contact to closing the sale. You will also develop existing customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities. The role emphasizes active customer engagement and building your own sales pipeline. You collaborate closely with the team and designers in preparing offers and solutions. You meet clients in the field and handle tasks related to offers and preparations at the office. You mainly travel within your own region to visit customers. Your role is active and requires continuous communication with clients and utilization of internal resources. The work includes: - Targeted prospecting and new customer acquisition in the industrial and logistics sectors - Assessing customer needs and designing solutions together with experts - Preparing offers and actively managing the sales process - Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships - Building stakeholder cooperation and leveraging networks - Scheduling sales meetings and conducting customer visits - Creating sales materials and presentations We are looking for - Experience in B2B sales or working at customer interfaces - An active and proactive approach to sales work - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Fluent Finnish language skills It is an advantage if you have - Experience in the industrial, logistics, construction, or contracting sectors - Background in technical B2B sales or project sales - Understanding of electrical, real estate, or infrastructure construction fields To succeed in this role, you are: - Goal-oriented - Social - Responsible - Self-confident Our recruitment process Academic Work handles this recruitment on behalf of our client, who prefers all questions related to the role to be directed to Academic Work.
