Home Care Assistant Summer Temporary Positions with Accommodation - Medistaff Oy

In this role, you will support clients in their daily lives in their own homes. Your daily tasks include: Basic care and medication management, Supporting clients’ functional capacity and well-being, Multidisciplinary collaboration with the home care team. Workdays are varied and mobile, but you will not be alone – you will have the support of an experienced team and the Medistaff recruitment team throughout your employment. Working hours: Morning shift 7:00–14:30, Evening shift 14:00–22:00. This is two-shift work. Shifts mainly from Monday to Friday, with morning and evening shifts, and morning shifts on Saturdays. Double shifts are also possible upon request. We expect from you: Licensed practical nurse authorized by Valvira, Valid medication licenses at least for LOP, PKV (additional points for Kipu 1, Ger 1 & 2), Energetic and responsible work attitude, Strong Finnish language skills, Experience in home care. Since home care work is mobile, you will also need: A driving license B. Using your own car is an advantage but not mandatory. We pay mileage allowances for work-related travel. During a shift, you typically cover about 40–60 kilometers.
