The store offers high-quality collections from domestic fashion brands for various purposes: work, everyday life, and celebrations. The selection focuses on Luhta Group's own brands, with new collections coming. The core of the Your & More fashion concept is a stylish shopping environment, relaxed atmosphere, durable quality offerings, and customer service that meets consumer expectations. We are now looking for a customer-oriented, stylish, and good color sense sales associate-stylist for Your & More Tripla team, 30h/week! Are you interested in fashion? We are looking for a cheerful, energetic, proactive, and responsible customer service professional for our store at Helsinki's Tripla shopping center. You have the skills and courage to operate within a personal service fashion concept. We want to stand out with personalized service. You can work in a team, encourage others, and master upselling with a professional approach. How do you succeed best? As a seller, you act responsibly, following sales models, providing quality sales and customer service, and maintaining store routines according to concept guidelines. The core of our store concept is a personalized styling service offering customers the chance to book personal styling appointments. The styling work is based on achieving set sales goals through styling and sales work, acquiring new styling clients, following styling bookings, customer interviews, and developing the styling service concept. You are expected to have the skills and desire to help customers find the best clothing solutions using color charts and body shape tips. The role also includes customer evenings and loyalty event sales tasks, such as hosting fashion shows. We prefer candidates with strong experience in clothing sales and/or styling or formal styling training, or very strong fashion sales experience and color management skills. We require candidates to be of legal age and fluent in Finnish. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed. Experience in retail is a plus. What do we offer?
