As a service manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and quotation tasks related to electrical maintenance work for our clients. Installation, repair, and maintenance work consist of small hourly-based tasks and larger project-based jobs. You will act as an encouraging supervisor for installers and enable their success through your expertise. You will develop customer relationships and perform effective upselling to increase the value of the customer account. Our property services handle technical maintenance and repair tasks for shopping centers, hotels, and office properties. We are responsible for ensuring the technical functionality and energy efficiency of our client properties, as well as providing comfortable conditions for end-users. We expect the applicant to have: - Relevant technical education (Electrical Engineer/Technician) - At least two years of experience in similar roles - S1 or S2 electrical certification or the prerequisites to obtain them - Experience in quotation calculation - Experience in supervisory work - Good communication and teamwork skills We value results-orientedness and good collaboration and leadership skills. You are accustomed to working independently and planning, organizing, and managing your activities. You can take responsibility for your team’s operations and achieving goals.
