Job Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will join Cavitar's team of approximately 20 professionals based in Tampere. You will work closely with the Sales Director and collaborate with Cavitar's sales, support, and engineering teams. Your role will involve acting as a key link between Cavitar's international distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Your daily tasks will include supporting distributors and partners with product selection, technical inquiries, quotations, and various operational sales activities. You will communicate actively via email, phone, and online meetings with customers worldwide. As you gain experience, you will participate in customer and distributor meetings as well as business reviews. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to combine technical understanding with commercial work. Over time, the role can expand into a broader sales position with increased responsibilities and long-term career growth within the company.
